Operation MS4 - Introduction

The 6 MCMs each require documentation of program initiatives and milestones which must be regularly reported to IDEM.
In addition, over thirty Programmatic Indicators have been identified which require tracking multiple activities to compile counts annually.
Many MS4 Areas have found implementing the SWQMP to be difficult, or easily over-looked, without some kind of guidance system able to coordinate with several departments & operations within the MS4.
